A little bit about me…
Hey there! I’m Jane Rossi, and I've been journaling for as long as I can remember. It's been like having a close friend, there for me through all of life's ups and downs.
Along the way, I've spent time researching the therapeutic benefits of expressive writing and studying the art of journal writing (see my credentials below, if you’re interested). Journaling has been an essential part of my life journey, and now I'm on a mission to help others experience the transformative power of journal writing for themselves.
I believe that everyone can benefit from a little bit of time with a journal, whether for improving emotional well-being, navigating life’s challenges, setting goals, or as a creative outlet. It’s a personal space where you can be completely honest and authentic, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
My mission is to help people learn to use their journal to gain clarity, identify what matters, and build a life filled with meaning and purpose.

Millions of people are joined in the knowledge that writing brings insight and calm in the same way that prayer, meditation, or a long walk in the woods does.
